Sales Admin - Pastry Division

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Updating and alerting Pastry team on daily sales and stock availability;

  • Co-ordinating and keeping track of new purchases;

  • Assisting Pastry team to take orders during their absence;

  • Keeping track of goods returns and samples stock;

  • Updating and preparing price books and product materials;

  • Attending to sales enquiries when the Pastry team member is not available;

  • Co-ordination works among various departments for the Pastry team;

  • Provide support to division/ company as required; and

  • Handle ad-hoc project, if any.

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent;

  • Able to communicate in English;

  • Knowledge of NAV is advantageous;

  • Self-motivated and willing to learn;

  • 5 ½ days work week (alternate)

Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
  • · To develop new accounts and service existing accounts

  • · Excellent command in English. Ability to converse on local Chinese dialects or other languages would be an added advantage.

  • · Good communication and presentation skills

  • · Pleasant personality and positive attitude

  • · A team player, self-motivated and results-oriented

  • · Candidates with F&B and/or retail background preferred

  • · Minimum ‘A’ Levels/Diploma
